Ha.. is friday.. yea i noe is lil to late 2 talk bout wat happen last weekend.. but still i goona write somethin bout it cos i believe we all at the Average Joe's crew did hav a Jam Pack of average fun last weekend... Ms. Ally even msg me on Monday sayin "Damn i still so tired"

It all started with some normal routine Coffee with some Gymramee card session at a friday nite.. Honestly after work on a friday nite with a cup of a good cafe latte & some good company of mind blasting card game really ease the end of weekday toward the start of the weekend... Just like what Ms Ally say: "Beers, Long Island Tea & good company"... well say Ally, well say.. This is what all of us belief in "good company".. Thats all we need... with all the competitiveness n thrash talkin in a game of Gymramee.. Just some good old days...

Ah Saturday... we finally hav our usual routine lunch... Banana leaf but this time is at Bangsar Nivarna... And as usual we get to greedy.. end up cant even walk after that.. But we did doin lil shoppin with Ms. Ally.. & some beers under the SUN with our pretty boy Brian & Ms Funky Thia after that... AAhhh perfect Saturday afternoon... Banana leaf with lil shoppin & beers under the Sun.. ill say That's so Average...

Towards the nite we decided.. hell!! why not let go Velvet.. To be honest we here at Average Joe's are not a big fan of clubbin... oh maybe we're just gettin old here.. The original plan was the usual Joe's head down to hav some drink... end up merge wif some old fren... "The old KL homies"... Nice catchin up again guys...

Ha... Dun u just hate all those cool fair around America... Why cant we have those here... Anyway recently New York is hosting the Toy Fair 2008 & i found some really cool toys... None other than my favvy... BATMAN... Finally theres some pic of the upcoming dark knight.. Everythin look fine except lil disapointed the final production of the Joker... Which it doesnt even look close 2 Mr Ledger... hope theres a better version later... & lil sneak peak of the Aaron Eckhart Two-Face which we batman fans r waitin for...

Still every piece looks buyable... Damn now i cant wait...

There something with designers nowadays, merging with mobile company to come out some out-of-prince mobile phone.. First when i look at the LG Prada phone, i tot 2 myself Damn thats one fashionable phone... but nothing compare to this Channel choco phone by Fred de GARILHE...

The phone itself integrate an optical fiber system that display image between two glass parts.. that means the 12 micro lighter fibers will throw image components to the glass.. The lights only appear when you open the phone, by pushing removable part on the side of it... When u push it back it looks more like a make up kit or a silver chocolate bar.. Thats like the coolest concepts EVER..

Okay 1st of all big thumbs up to all ppl involvin on the Be True to Your School Nike dunk campaign... Ur did a great job...
Went over to the Streething ALL IN THE FAMILY event last Saturday at Zouk... it really is an interesting event.. Fashion show, Music & Art.. Ur held it up nicely... But All attention goes to Dave White.. He did a sketch of a Dunk.. Too bad full colour cant be install on that day itself.. hope 2 see the final Art thou.. Google it ppl...

Ha... The All-Star Week... As u get older i guess u just miss everythin on tv... As for our Average routine.. Every All-Star Week.. Normally the boys will head to my house to watch it together.. It almost became a tradition now.. but as u grow older with our job come with it.. We hav to miss Live & stick with replay later the day... Which is kinda sad 4 me personally.. As every year i get really excited during the All-Star week.. Pure entertainment ill say...

Okay let start with the Slam Dunk Contest
This event never let me down... last year dunk like the Dee Brown No look dunk by Gerald Green was off the hook.. no 1 can beat that.. i guess im wrong..

As for last year camp Gerald green... he hav 2 face off with last year disapointed Dwight Howard.. Which he came back with full force... 1st of all Dwight is 1 big man.. n for a 7footer 2 hav innovation & hang time.. NO 1 Can beat that..

1st dunk... off the back of the block then reverse dunk.. Remember 2006 Iverson off the back board then Andre Iguodala under reverse dunk.. Just that Dwight still got his full body at the back of the board while dunking... Still cant blieve a 7footer doin that...


2nd Dunk... left hand off the block to right hand dunk... Damn thats somethin new in this contest.. go Youtube it..

Okay lets go to the highlight of the day... THE SUPERMAN dunk.. D with his Superman suit launch from free throw line.. the best part is he didnt even dunk it.. he throw it in the basket around half way of the free throw line.. Definately it worth it to watch it over & over again...


Back to the main game.. this year theres alot of A-list missing... Big name like the Big man Shaq, Superfly Vince Carter, wolveman Garnett, big Ben wallace, Parisian Parker & Argentinian Ginobil... Just some good player deserve to be at the big show..
Anyhow.. really glad that Carmelo finally got his starting line up.. & he took his change well enough to show what his best for.. Gotta giv my props to Jason Kidd for his comeback to the startin line too.. Honestly i think he play really well assiting the Western team.. With some crazy pass.. it make the forwards lil easy on thier job..

With no surprise MVP go to Lebron James... He did his thing.. providing jump shot after jump shot.. He is The Choosen One...

Ha.. Finally the 1st image of the upcoming x-men prequel / spin-off Wolverine Movie.. And yes.. there's no another chapter YET for X-men.. but there focusing the The Wolverine Movie 1st.. And yes u guess it right.. playin the temper ego iron blades beast is none other then my Aussie boy Hugh Jackman.. Ill say no actor can replace this character as it was born in him.. This movie is basically based on the life story of Logan / Wolverine..

Supporting role are still in the guessin game.. there so many rumours runnin around everyday.. Liev Schreiber who is actually sign in the movie.. just not sure which character him will play... there only 2 character hav been huntin him which is portray of William Stryker, remember in X2 the military general which make logan an experiment with the mental adamantium... Another character will Victor Creed or Sabretooth.. As u know both Sabretooth & Wolverine are the victims of Stryker Weapons X.. both character basically have the same abilities the healing and the famous claws.. But theres also news that Gerard Butler from 300 to take on the role of Creed (Sabertooth). That i reckon is a prefect fit of character..

This should be an interesting story line as both character rival beatle started with the Love for SilverFox... Which this character hav been hittin attention from all A-List actress.. 1st it was Maggie Q.. which i was lil excited about.. then Production shut down the rumous.. Then now is Michelle Monaghan from MI3 which she play Tom wife.. And theres alot more name that i cant even rmb myself..

Studio is targetin to release the movie on 1st May 2009 which will be directed by Gavin Hood (Rendition).. Long way 2 go...

Recent ly Parisian artist Fafi and M.A.C Cosmetics has be workin together to introduce a new line FUN colour cosmetics.. Dun ask me why.. but i think is a great marketing product.. specially the famous fafi girls on the cover boxes of every product.. me personally lurv the Adicolor hi with Fafi.. Just that the final material really disapointed me.. Nway it looks awesome.. Damn should of brou it then..

well marketing have been running strongly now with the real-life Fafi Girls touring M.A.C stores around the States. During NYC M.A.C flagship store, this sexy trio makes some apperance to reallife introducing their new product.. also released a limited run of three Fafi figures every bit as special as the real thing for every purchase of the product... Okay i know... get lil carry away after the last post bout 147... cant stop thinkin bout sum of my dream car... 1st is the MINI CROOPPER S, then now the New generation Fiat 500.. I gotta say that it still looks so beautiful after 50year old design.. the New retro 500 are even more Cute...

Last year is actually the 50th birthday for the Fiat 500.. So the boys from Italy designed the new generation 500.. just like the MINI & Wolkwagan Beatles... Joe's will say "its the Retro Version"...

The sad thing is they only release 500 unit to be sold in Italy.. but now london, Belgium, Germany r the few country puttin on sales.. Rumour on 2010 only the rest of the world gotta hand on it... sad huh..

Ha.. i always love Awards show.. as love to see how artist mixing up wif other musician for sum remix.. Anyway as every1 predict kanye will make a big whoha if he didnt win... this year his enegery was focus on providin n show whats he good at... with an electricflying glow in the dark rendition of stronger wif Daft Phunk... i gotta say "Speechless" simply Awesome.. Ha as u all noe last year was the year of the Air force 1 which celebrate the 25th years of the creation.. The air force 1 hav been a really successful shoe in the market, with no marketing & advertising on the product during the 25 years.. can u believe it still sell like hot cake till date... but last year on the 25th year, Nike started building more advertising & marketing on the sneaker... like endosement with icon which well representing the product "Charles Barkley & Bobbito".. specially love the Bobbito range.. but really disappointed with their general release range.. lil to much of everythin.. plus theres a improve change on the shoe shape too... it just didnt looks classic any more... what happen 2 the nice white base with blue swoosh & orange lace.. thats somethin i would buy...

Anyway Nike has dubbed 2008 the official year of the dunk.. i personally love the dunk specially the college ball colourwave.. Iowa College is my personal favourite.. This year Nike is goin back to time "Vintage".. BE TRUE TO YOUR SCHOOL As u can see all nike culture around malaysia hav heavyly marketing the new dunks range.. wif awesome backetball comic printing aroung shop walls... but nothing can beat Thailand NIke team... Thats great marketing..

Our Subang boys head down to the KL Futsal 5 final to show some support of they beloved Brazil.. who actually r in the final.. as for me.. i was so dissapointed Australia didnt even get to play in the final after all the great performance during the hold tournament.. nway the final btw brazil & Argentina was Awesome.. wif some great team work combinate wif sum great individual skill.. purely entertaining Futsal ill say..
